Regenearth Inclusive Leadership Programme is best suited for leaders, professionals, decision makers in the creative manufacturing sector. It is suitable for different entities like social enterprises, NGOs, institutions.
- Enterprises - Entities both for profit / not for profit with a social mission working directly with producers, and are looking to scale or strengthen the different Cs in the 6C framework
- Facilitating Organizations - These are large Social organizations working as incubators for social enterprises who in turn work with the producers
- Academic Institutions - hese are Academic Institutions who are working towards co-creating the curriculum and are also keen on having real-life practice-based curriculum
- Accelerator Organizations- These are organizations who are working towards accelerating and scaling social enterprises who work with creative producers

Which language is the Inclusive Leadership Programme Conducted?
The Inclusive Leadership Programme being a global programme is conducted in English. However, the team members are well versed in Hindi, Malayalam, Gujarati and Bengali.
What is the duration for the Inclusive Leadership Programme?
The programme is spread across 7 months.We meet every second Thursday for 90 - 120 minutes contact sessions.Between the sessions the participants are expected to implement the learnings, prepare for the upcoming session by going through the pre readings and stay connected with the Regenearth team.
What happens after the course?
Post programme the participants are free to stay connected with the Regenearth team. This will be a light touch engagement and shall be driven by the participants.
Is this programme certified?
Yes, the programme is certified by Srishti Institute of Art, Design and Technology.
